In order to determine your eligibility for the Coronavirus Relief Stimulus Payment and responsible usage of funds, the system needs to calibrate and determine your emotional state.

In order to calibrate the affect recognition system, please feel at least 4 of the following "universal" emotional states:
Calibration complete. In order to encourage responsible usage of funds, your final payment amount will now be adjusted by your emotional state as determined by the system.
Indications of negativity and emotional distress will result in deductions to the final payment amount.
Hold that smile, the system detects you feel happy now and will responsibly spend your payment amount.
Negative emotion detected, try relaxing and smiling more. You should both look and feel happy about receiving a relief payment.
